1) Agitation System

Agitator Shaft and Blades: Inside the tank, there is an agitation system consisting of a central agitator shaft and multiple blades. The agitator shaft is driven by a powerful motor. The blades are designed in a specific triangle shape. Their function is to mix the manure thoroughly. During fermentation, the agitation helps to break up large clumps of manure, ensuring that all parts of the manure are exposed to the microorganisms. It also promotes the even distribution of heat, nutrients, and microorganisms throughout the tank, enhancing the efficiency of the fermentation process.
2) Deodorization System

• During fermentation in the aerobic compost machine, manure produces harmful gas, mainly composed of ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide.
