Composting Process
The organic fertilizer manufacturing process using our layer chicken manure, pig waste, and cow dung compost tank is simple, efficient, and standardized, mainly including the following steps:
Raw Material Preparation: Collect layer chicken manure, pig waste, cow dung, and other raw materials (with moisture of 60-75%) and carbon-nitrogen ratio (C/N ratio 25-30:1) by adding auxiliary materials such as straw, sawdust, and bran, to create suitable conditions for microbial fermentation.
Feeding: Put the prepared raw materials into the compost tank through the feeding device, and ensure the uniform distribution of raw materials in the tank.
Fermentation & Maturation: Start the aeration system and stirring device, and the intelligent control system monitors the temperature and humidity in the tank in real time. When the temperature reaches 55-70℃, it keeps warm for 3-5 days to realize high-temperature sterilization and decomposition; then adjust the parameters to promote the maturation of compost, until the raw materials are completely decomposed, the color turns dark brown, and there is no obvious odor.
Discharging & Post-processing: After the compost is mature, discharge it through the discharging device, and then go through crushing, screening, and other post-processing steps to make granular or powdery organic fertilizer, which can be directly used in farmland, greenhouses, fruit trees, and other crops.
