Working Principle

 

The system operates on the foundation of high-temperature aerobic fermentation. Raw pig manure is loaded into the top of the tower, where it is mixed with a small amount of bulking agents if necessary. As the material moves downward, a high-pressure aeration system forces oxygen through the biomass. This triggers specialized thermophilic bacteria that thrive at temperatures between 55°C and 65°C. These temperatures are sustained naturally by the biological process, effectively killing off pathogens and weed seeds. Integrated sensors monitor oxygen and heat levels in real-time, automatically adjusting the airflow to keep the decomposition at peak performance. By the time the material reaches the discharge port at the bottom, it has been transformed into a dry, nutrient-rich organic base.

The key component of the manure fermentation tank is its cylindrical main structure, manufactured using premium stainless steel. This cylindrical configuration provides multiple practical benefits. To begin with, it achieves an optimal volume-to-surface-area ratio, which supports efficient heat conduction and material exchange throughout the fermentation stage. Additionally, this structure promotes uniform distribution of internal pressure produced during fermentation, thereby improving the overall structural integrity of the vessel. The outstanding corrosion resistance of stainless steel is essential given the highly corrosive characteristics of livestock waste, effectively guaranteeing the equipment's long service life and stable performance.

Double - walled Structure

Our fermentation tanks feature a double - walled structure. The space between the two walls is filled with insulation materials of polyurethane foam. This insulation layer helps to maintain a stable internal temperature, which is essential for the optimal growth of the aerobic bacteria involved in the fermentation process. It also reduces heat loss to the surrounding environment, making the fermentation process more energy - efficient.
