Huzhou Wangneng Ecology 400-ton Food Waste (or Kitchen Waste) Project

Treatment Process: The pretreatment adopts a process route mainly consisting of "material reception + large substance sorting + fine separation and pulping + sand and slag removal + wet heat hydrolysis and centrifugal oil extraction", and the rear end adopts the wet anaerobic fermentation process. Through the supporting collection and transportation system, sewage treatment system, deodorization system, biogas purification system, and combustion power generation system, the resource utilization and harmless treatment of food waste are achieved.

Project Benefits: The project maximally recovers the waste edible oil in the food waste. The biogas generated is used for self - power generation, and the excess electricity is connected to the national power grid. It also extracts and utilizes the recyclable materials in the kitchen waste, and actively practices multiple resource utilization methods such as organic fertilizers and fresh insect products. It endeavors to achieve a "resource - product - renewable resource" circular economic model as much as possible, maximally ensuring the reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization of perishable waste, and effectively realizing the coordination and unity of society, environment, and economy.
