1) Cylindrical Screen Assembly

3) Inlet and Outlet Systems
1. Feed Inlet: Strategically designed to channel the fecal slurry directly into the rotating screen. It features a connection pipe for seamless integration with waste sources like manure pits or collection tanks.
2. Liquid Discharge: The filtrate, having passed through the screen apertures, is collected in the base of the unit. This liquid is then directed to a storage tank or routed to subsequent treatment stages, such as biological purification systems.
3. Solid Discharge: Retained solids are conveyed along the screen's interior. After a final dewatering phase, these dried solids are systematically expelled from the opposite end of the cylinder for collection.
Working Principle
1) Rotational Filtration

The separation mechanism relies on the simultaneous application of centrifugal and gravitational forces. The liquid phase, under these forces, is discharged through the screen apertures. Simultaneously, the solid phase, defined by its differential particle size, is retained on the screen. The machine's rotation then provides the necessary conveyance to transport these retained solids axially to the point of discharge.
