1.Feeding – Slurry enters the rotating cylindrical screen through the inlet pipe.
2.Solid-Liquid Separation – Centrifugal force from rotation, combined with gravity, forces liquid through the screen openings. Solids larger than the openings adhere to the inner wall.
3.Liquid Outlet – The separated liquid drains to the bottom outlet for collection or further treatment.
4.Solid Discharge – Retained solids move axially along the rotating screen toward the discharge end and exit the cylinder.
Machine Features
1.Cylindrical Screen Assembly – The key component is a stainless steel wire mesh cylinder, chosen for its corrosion resistance against organic acids and ammonia. The mesh has precise hole sizes, and the cylinder diameter is customizable for different throughputs.
2.Drive Mechanism – An electric motor drives the separator, with power rated appropriately for the equipment's size and expected load, ensuring steady performance.
3.Inlet & Outlet Systems – The inlet pipe brings manure slurry into the rotating screen. Liquid passes through the mesh and is collected below, then sent to storage or further treatment. Solids that stick to the inner screen are compressed and ejected from the end of the cylinder.
